On amazon I typed ‘bag for digital SLR’ and this item came as one of the options. It looked attractive on the website and therefore I ordered it. But when I received the item it was much too small for my Canon digital SLR. I believe it will be very small for any SLR. Also if you have additional lenses and other accessories this will definitely not work. The bag would be able to carry a point and shoot camera, but would you really like a bag 4 times the size of a point and shoot camera? In my view one of the conveniences of a point and shoot is its size, you should be able to put the camera in your pocket instead of carry it in a separate bag. Anyway I returned the item almost as soon as it arrived for the above reason.

This is a basic camera bag that is attractive enough to stand above other basic bags. I use it to carry my Canon HF200 AVCHD camcorder, along with the power cable and a mini-HDMI-to-HDMI adapter. That’s about all it will carry, but it works, and does so in a very light and small footprint. Great to use while walking around for the day. I’ve used it gently but frequently over the last three months, including a trip to the sand dunes, and it has held up without any trouble.

I bought this because of it’s low price compared to other bags I have priced out. I got it last week and not only does it have room for my Nikon Coolpix and spare battery, but also for the slave flash that I bought a couple of weeks ago. I’m impressed by the toughness of this bag and that I have a choice of using the belt loop or strong shoulder strap. It zips around to keep your stuff secure and is waterproof as well. Folks, if you need an inexpensive small digital camera bag THIS IS IT!

I purchased this bag to go along with my samsung flash memory camcorder and it was the perfect size, the material is very strong and wouldn’t hesitate to buy this bag again if need be.
